Agreement

1. An agreement will be made between Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd and the Customer for the purchase of the Product/s as specified in the Order if and when Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd issue an Order Confirmation to the Customer in respect of that Order. For the avoidance of doubt, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall not be under any obligation to accept any Order; a binding contract results only when an Order Confirmation is issued by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd to the Customer via email at the email address provided by the Customer in the Order.
2. An Agreement comprises the Order, the Order Confirmation, these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms as may be specified by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. These Terms and Conditions would apply to Product/s supplied by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd and ordered from Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s website at www.kdk.sg (the “Website”).
3. The Customer is advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an Order. The Customer will be asked to accept these Terms and Conditions before placing the Order. By clicking the ‘Submit’ button, it is deemed that the Customer has read, understood and agreed to the terms provided in these Terms and Conditions. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, at Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s sole discretion.
4. If the Customer is an individual, the Customer must be at least 18 years old to place an Order from the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer is representing and confirming that he/she is aged 18 years and above at the time the Order is placed.

Definitions

1. ‘Agreement’ means an agreement entered into between Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd and the Customer.
2. ‘Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’ means Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered address at 18 Genting Road Singapore 349477.
3. ‘Customer’ means the person or entity whose name and address appears on an Order as the purchaser of the Product/s.
4. ‘Price’ for the Product/s means the purchase price as specified in the Order Confirmation.
5. ‘Product/s’ means the Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd product/s referred to in an Order.
6. ‘Order’ means an order placed by the Customer to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd for the purchase of the Product/s.
7. ‘Order Confirmation’ means, in respect of an Order, the email confirmation issued by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd accepting that Order includes Price, installation and delivery charges (if necessary).
8. ‘Additional Terms’, for an Agreement, means any additional terms and conditions issued by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd before or upon issuing the Order Confirmation to the Customer for that Agreement.

Price

1. The Price payable by the Customer to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd for the Product/s is the price specified in the Order Confirmation. The Price is inclusive of prevailing GST.

Payment

1. Prior to delivery of the Product/s, full payment of the Price is required from the Customer by the payment due date specified in the Order Confirmation.
2. Payment for the Product/s may be made by major credits cards (e.g. Visa / MasterCard) or such other mode acceptable to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
3. If the Customer fails to make any payment when due after the Order Confirmation is issued, the Customer agrees, without prejudice to any other right or remedy of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd, to reimburse Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in relation to the outstanding debt and pursuing payment of it. Order Confirmation will only be issued upon receiving the full payment.

Ownership and Risks

1. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd remains the owner of and retains title to the Product/s until the Price is paid in full to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd and the Product/s has been delivered to the Customer.
2. The Customer shall not sell or otherwise deal with the Product/s until the Price is paid in full to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. If the Customer purports to do so in breach of this clause, the Customer shall be deemed to hold the proceeds of sale or other realisation (or the amount equal to the outstanding) on trust for Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
3. The risk of loss of or damage to the Product/s passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Notices

1. Any written notice or communication sent by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall be deemed to have been duly served on and received by the Customer:
   1. if delivered by hand, at the time of delivery;
   2. if sent by post, at the time of posting;
   3. if transmitted by way of fax, at the time of transmission; or
   4. if sent by email, at the time of sending of the email by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.

Privacy

1. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will collect and deal with the Customer’s personal information (including name, address, telephone contact, email address or personal details) only for the express purpose for which the data is provided.
2. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd may disclose personal information to its related companies and to organisations which provide services (including delivery services) to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd or which assist Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in providing services (including repair / warranty services) to its customers.

Intellectual Property

1. All copyright in the material contained on the Website and any trademarks and brands included in that material belong to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd or its licensors.
2. The Customer may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on the Website solely for personal non-commercial use for the purpose of placing an order. Copying or storing the contents of the Website for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.

Governing Law

1. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all parties hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

Ceiling Fan

1. Installation will be handled by the appointed installers of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall arrange and transfer Customers’ information to the appointed installer to supply and deliver the installation based on the Delivery Date.
2. Scope of Installation is stated on www.kdk.sg. Installation beyond the scope of installation will be considered as additional works. Details of the definition of additional works can be found under FAQs for ceiling fans on kdk.sg.
3. Standard installation is defined as the installation of a ceiling fan to an existing electrical point on a concrete ceiling which below 3.6m. Where required, the dismantle of existing ceiling fan will also be included under the Free Standard Installation. All other scope of work will not be covered and charges will be accorded separately.
4. Any additional works or equipment required out of the Scope of Installation are to be separately agreed between the customer and the installer. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd holds no responsibility or liability for this agreement or works completed.
5. In the event of any dispute with regards to the installation, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will levy a transportation charge of $35 to deliver the product back to our warehouse.
6. In the event that the customer wishes to deliver and install the fan at a different address, there will be a charge of $35 per subsequent address.
7. All installation charges are subject to site conditions, and the installer reserves the right to adjust fees if unforeseen circumstances arise.
8. Basic installation: $60 per ceiling fan

Kindly take note of the following additional installation works if required for your installation:

1. Supply electrical line & powerpoint - $80 to $120 per ceiling fan;
2. Supply of on/off switch - $20 each;
3. Bypass existing speed regulator / light dimmer - $20 each;
4. False ceiling re-enforcement (opening & patching back ceiling) - $250 per ceiling fan;
5. Disposal of existing ceiling fan or light - $20 per site;
6. High ceiling from 3.6m & above - $180 to $250 on top of the basic installation fee per ceiling fan;
7. Shift the position of existing fan due to area issue / Re-location &/or Re-installation of your existing/old ceiling fan - charges to be advised by installer onsite;
8. Wi-Fi pairing service - $22 each

Warranty

1. All KDK ceiling fans appointed and installed by Capital Distributor(s) are covered by a three (3)-month installation warranty, commencing from the date of installation.
2. This warranty covers defects arising solely from installation workmanship and must be reported within the warranty period.

Exclusions

The installation warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Product defects or manufacturing faults (which shall be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable);
2. Electrical issues arising from existing wiring, power supply fluctuations, or power surges;
3. Modifications, repairs, or reinstallation carried out by unauthorised third parties;
4. Normal wear and tear;
5. Issues arising from structural conditions of the premises (including but not limited to ceiling condition or mounting surface).

Capital Distributor(s) reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims. Any works required outside the scope of the installation warranty shall be chargeable.

Ventilating Fan

1. Standard Installation is limited to onsite measurement, fabrication of an acrylic panel that is custom fitted to your window opening. The ventilating fan will then be installed on this acrylic panel. Wiring works will also be included which tapping the electrical point from existing bathroom lights. All other scope of work is not included which includes but not limited to running a new electrical line and supply an on/off switch.
2. For avoidance of doubt, the onsite measurement covered under our Standard Installation package allows our service partner to measure the window size for the fabrication of the acrylic panel based on the size of the ventilating fan selected by the customer. Any changes will be subjected to additional charges.
3. Standard installation covers window sizes within 550mm (Width) x 600mm (Height). In the event that your window size is larger than 550mm x 600mm, you will be required to top-up the balance on site.
4. In the event that the customer has scheduled for an installation but is unable to proceed, the customer shall bear the cost of transportation of $35 and an administrative charge of $10 for rescheduling of appointment.
5. In the event that our service partner has attended to the appointment but the customer decides to cancel the order, the customer shall bear the cost of transportation of $35 and a cancellation charge of $50.

KDK Home Shower

Instant Heater

1. Installation will be carried out by the appointed installers of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. Customer information will be shared with the installer solely for the purpose of arranging and completing the installation.
2. Standard installation for an instant water heater refers to either:
1. New installation connected to an existing electrical point and 2-way water tap; or
2. 1-to-1 replacement of an existing instant water heater using the existing heater point and 2-way water tap.
3. All standard installation charges are exclusive of piping, electrical wiring, and trunking works, unless otherwise stated.
4. Dismantling of the existing instant water heater is included for replacement installations only.
5. Any works outside the scope above shall be considered non-standard and will be charged separately.

Storage Heater

1. Installation will be carried out by the appointed installers of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. Customer information will be shared with the installer solely for the purpose of arranging and completing the installation.
2. Standard installation for a storage water heater refers to the installation or replacement of one unit connected to:
1. An existing electrical point, and
2. Up to two (2) shower points within the same bathroom.
3. Standard installation excludes all piping works, hose, check valve / pressure reducing valves, concealed or exposed trunking, electrical rewiring, and false ceiling works.
4. Dismantling of an existing storage water heater at the same location is included for replacement installations only.
5. Any works outside the scope above shall be considered non-standard and will be charged separately.

Any additional works or materials required outside the Scope of Installation shall be quoted and agreed separately between the customer and the installer.

This includes but is not limited to:

1. Piping and wiring
2. Trunking works
3. False ceiling works
4. Pressure reducing valves
5. Disposal of existing water heaters
6. Any other non-standard installation works

Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd bears no responsibility or liability for any additional works agreed between the customer and installer.

Installation Requirements & Restrictions

1. Licensed Installation Requirement : For safety and regulatory compliance, installation of all KDK storage water heaters must be carried out by a PUB-licensed plumber. Self-installation is not permitted.
2. Mounting Method for Storage Water Heaters : Storage Water Heaters are designed for wall mounting only. Ceiling mounting is strictly prohibited.
3. Wall Type Requirement : Storage water heaters can only be installed on solid concrete walls. Installation on partition walls or non-load-bearing walls is not permitted.
4. False Ceiling Installation (Storage Water Heaters) : Installation is allowed only if there is a minimum clearance of 500mm for safe mounting and future servicing. Installations below this clearance cannot be carried out.
5. Right to Decline Installation : The appointed installer reserves the right to decline or abort installation if site conditions do not meet the above requirements or pose safety risks.

General Installation Conditions

1. Installation charges are subject to the prevailing Installation Charges Guide and may vary depending on heater type, installation type, concealment requirements, and site conditions.
2. Approximate costs are based on estimation and may change following an onsite assessment.
3. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the workmanship, operation, or performance of any third-party installation services.
4. In the event of any installation dispute, a transportation charge of $35 will apply for return of the product to the warehouse.
5. A $35 charge per subsequent address applies if delivery and installation are requested at a different location.

1. KDK’s quality assurance means all Products are engineered to last under normal household use. The Products are subjected to rigorous testing and assessment as to their quality and fitness. Warranties as to the merchantability and fitness for purpose of the Products are implied under applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. In addition, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s warranty protects the Product/s from manufacturing faults for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty does not cover the following; not limited to:-
   1. Damages resulting from incorrect installation due to connection to the wrong mains voltage, or improper connection of piping or hoses;
   2. Repair/services for installation of more than 3.6 metres in height from floor level;
   3. False ceiling works, including installation or servicing of concealed water heaters;
   4. Finishes, consumables such as batteries, remote control, fan blades/guards and regulators, shower head, filter body;
   5. Use, other than in accordance with the instructions for operations;
   6. Transport and labour charges;
   7. Faulty installation or mishandling;
   8. Scratches, corrosion, rust, color deterioration and stains;
   9. Obstruction caused to access electrical parts/products;
   10. Cleaning, reconditioning and lubrication.
   11. Wear and tear
4. Warranty is valid only in respect of KDK products bearing the Singapore Safety Mark sticker and models belonging to Singapore Market and sold by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd to its authorized dealers. Warranty does not include installation.
5. To the extent permitted by law, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising in any way in relation to, or use of, the Product/s or from the use of the Website.
6. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to inspect and test the Products for the purpose of determining the extent of any defect and the validity of any claim made under this warranty. All defective parts/Products replaced by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd under this warranty will be deemed to be the property of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
7. The Customer must retain the invoice issued by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd as proof of purchase in order to be eligible to make a warranty claim. As a Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd product warranty is a non-transferable right, a warranty is deemed void upon the transfer of ownership of the Product/s (exclusions apply).
8. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd decision on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or materials shall be conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such decision. Any appliance or defective part which has been replaced shall become property of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
9. The Customer shall waive all or any claims for compensation monetary or otherwise which he/she may be entitled to and shall agree to accept any compensation whatsoever by way of additional repairs or otherwise which Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in its absolute discretion may deem fit to offer. The giving of compensation under this paragraph shall be subject to the other provisions of the warranty.
10. The undertaking and/or completion of repair, service or replacement of the Product or its parts shall in no circumstances extend the warranty period of the Product and it shall thereafter continue to apply only for the remaining warranty period of the Product.



Warranty Coverage for Ceiling Fan

11. Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
12. Coverage: Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For details on exclusions, refer to KDK Warranty Exclusions.
13. Warranty Service: On-Site



Extended Warranty for DC Ceiling Fan Motors

14. Effective 1 February 2026, the warranty coverage for Motors of KDK DC Ceiling Fans will be extended to three (3) years from date of purchase
15. The 3-Year extended warranty covers the motor of KDK DC Ceiling Fans only.
16. Only KDK DC Ceiling Fans purchased on or after 1 February 2026 are eligible for this Extended Warranty.
17. All expenses related to service charges, transportation, and other charges not limiting to those incurred for repairs or PCB (Printed Circuit Board) replacements shall be borne by the customer starting from the 13th month of the Extended Warranty Coverage.
18. This Extended Warranty is valid only if the customer provides proof of purchase with receipt that is dated and clearly identifies the eligible product
19. Warranty is valid only in respect of KDK products bearing the Singapore Safety Mark sticker and models belonging to Singapore Market and sold by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd to its authorized dealers. Warranty does not include installation.
20. The other terms and conditions stated under Clause 1 of General Warranty remains applicable
21. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty without prior notice.



Warranty Coverage for Other Fans

All KDK fans other than ceiling fans are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, commencing from the date of purchase or installation.

22. Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
23. Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For details on exclusions, refer to KDK Warranty Exclusions.
24. Warranty Service: Walk-in service at authorised service centres.



Warranty Coverage for Home Shower Products (Instant & Storage Heater)

All KDK Home Shower are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, commencing from the date of purchase or installation.

25. Standard manufacture 2-year warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
26. 5-year water tank warranty: Applies to storage heater water tank only; workmanship is not included.
27. For full details on coverage and exclusions, please refer to the KDK Warranty Exclusions.

1. While Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will use reasonable commercial endeavours to have all necessary spare parts available for the purpose of warranty repair or service, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for delays due to sourcing of unusual parts which are required, or due to circumstances beyond the control of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
2. The availability of spare parts and service for all Products will depend on the manufacturer production.
3. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s service coverage as set out above clause “Warranty” 4. is only available for Product/s purchased and used in Singapore.
4. Please be informed that except KDK ceiling fan models, the rest of KDK products are to be brought to our Customer Care Centre for repairs or servicing.

1. The Customer will earn 1 point for every $1 of purchase made via kdk.sg
2. No points will be awarded for the following:
   1. Same purchase when redemption is made
   2. The cost of installation, delivery and taxes.
3. Vouchers redeemed using points earned can be used for all purchases on kdk.sg with the exception of spare parts & accessories, delivery and installation related charges.

Cashback Rewards

1. Customer can earn cashback rewards by making purchases on www.kdk.sg.
2. Cash-back rewards are calculated as a 3% of the purchase amount (before GST) and are credited to the customer’s account after the completion of the purchase.
3. Cash-back rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Account Registration

1. Customer must create an account on the www.kdk.sg to participate in the Cashback System.
2. Account registration requires providing accurate and complete information.

Earning Cashback

1. Cashback rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through www.kdk.sg.
2. Cashback rewards cannot be redeemed for spare parts order.
3. KDK reserves the right to modify the cashback reward rates at any time without prior notice.

Redeeming Cashback

1. Customer can redeem the accumulated cashback rewards towards future purchases on www.kdk.sg.
2. Cashback rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer’s account.

Termination of Account

1. KDK reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at its discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
2. Customer may terminate their account at any time by contacting KDK customer support.

Limitation of Liability

1. KDK shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Cash-back System, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.
2. KDK's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of cash-back rewards earned by customer.

Changes to Terms

1. KDK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Customer are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes.

1. Subject to the availability of the Product/s, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will deliver the Product/s to the location specified in the Order. For the avoidance of doubt, all deliveries are in Singapore only, excluding Jurong Island and restricted areas within Sentosa.
2. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will use reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver the Product/s on the Delivery Date in accordance with clause 1. If Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd is unable to deliver the Product/s for any reason including inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise, it will inform the Customer as soon as practicable either by telephone or through email address provided by the Customer and use reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver the Product/s within a reasonable period after the Delivery Date. The Customer agrees that Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any cost/expenses/damages for delays in delivery.
3. If Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd does not deliver the Product/s within 5 days of the Delivery Date, by reason of a cause within Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s reasonable control; the Customer may give 3 business days’ notice of termination of the Agreement to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd. If the Product/s is not delivered within such notice period, the Agreement shall terminate on expiry of such notice period. In the event that the Customer is not present to accept delivery of the Product/s at the Delivery Time on the Delivery Date and re-delivery is arranged after 7 days from the first delivery date, the Customer will incur a fee of S$20 to have the Product/s re-delivered at a new Delivery Time and on a new Delivery Date, as arranged by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd and the Customer. The re-delivery fee is payable by the Customer prior to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd re-delivering the Product/s at the new Delivery Time on the new Delivery Date.
4. If the model of the Product/s is discontinued or superseded and not available for delivery on the Delivery Date, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will notify the Customer prior to the Delivery Date that:
   1. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd is prepared to supply a model of equivalent or superior standard, and specify that model and any difference in price for the model change; or
   2. there is no equivalent model available and the Agreement is therefore terminated with immediate effect.
5. If the Customer accepts Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s offer of an alternative model in accordance with clause 4(a), the Product/s and the Price will be taken to be varied in accordance with Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd’s offer. If the Price is not paid in accordance with the terms of the varied order, the Agreement is thereby terminated with immediate effect.
6. Upon termination of the Agreement under clauses 3, 4 or 5, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall within 30 business days refund to the Customer any payment that may have been received by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in the manner to be advised by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
7. If Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd is unable to contact the Customer via email after making reasonable attempts to arrange for delivery, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd may give the Customer 30 days written notice of termination of the Agreement to the Customer by email/fax/written notice. If the Customer fails to make arrangements within the notice period, the Agreement (including any order) is terminated upon expiry of that period.
8. Upon termination of the Agreement under clauses 7, Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd shall refund in its own discretion to the Customer any payment made that may have been received by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in the manner to be advised by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.

Should you wish to cancel an order, kindly notify us in writing to onlinesales@capital.com.sg within 24 hours from the date of purchase. A cancellation charge of $10 per order will be applied. The Customer acknowledges that the above cancellation charge represents the cost incurred by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in accepting the cancellation.

The return policy is applicable only for the following situations:

1. the Product/s is in re-saleable condition (e.g. the Product/s is in its original packaging and has not been used)
2. an administrative charge of $50 of the returned Product/s per order by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd, where the Product/s to be returned are already delivered to the Customer at the time of the Customer Request; The Customer acknowledges that the above administrative charge represents the costs incurred by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd in accepting the returned Product/s. For the avoidance of doubt, the costs of the initial delivery of the returned Product/s are not refundable. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. All delivery fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

Exchange requests can only be made within 7 days upon delivery of the Product/s. To initiate this request, please contact us via email onlinesales@capital.com.sg or call out hotline @ 6288 9190 so that we can facilitate the exchange. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

1. the Product/s is in re-saleable condition (e.g. the Product/s is in its original packaging and has not been used or install);
2. the cost of administrative fee $10 (orders without installation) and $35 (orders contains installation) charged by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd, where the Product/s to be returned are already delivered to the Customer at the time of the Customer Request; unless customer make their own trip to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd to do return.
3. in the case of an exchange of the Product/s, the difference between the price of the Product/s being returned and the replacement Product/s selected. No refund would be given for exchange of Product/s of a lower value; top up is required given for exchange of Product/s of a higher value.
4. a re-delivery fee of $10 (order without installation) and $35 (order contains installation) for the replacement Product/s; unless the Customer makes their own trip to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd to do the exchange.

All delivery fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

Ventilating Fan Bundle Promotion

1. The Ventilating Fan BTO package Promotion will commence from 4 January 2023 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Ventilating fan BTO package promotion will be available only at www.kdk.sg
3. Standard Installation is limited to onsite measurement, fabrication of an acrylic panel that is custom fitted to your window opening. The ventilating fan will then be installed on this acrylic panel. Wiring works will also be included which tapping the electrical point from existing bathroom lights. All other scope of work is not included which includes but not limited to running a new electrical line and supply an on/off switch.
4. For avoidance of doubt, the onsite measurement covered under our Standard Installation package allows our service partner to measure the window size for the fabrication of the acrylic panel based on the size of the ventilating fan selected by the customer. Any changes will be subjected to additional charges.
5. Standard installation covers window sizes within 550mm (Width) x 600mm (Height). In the event that your window size is larger than 550mm x 600mm, you will be required to top-up the balance on site.
6. In the event that the customer has scheduled for an installation but is unable to proceed, the customer shall bear the cost of transportation of $35 and an administrative charge of $10 for rescheduling of appointment.
7. In the event that our service partner has attended to the appointment but the customer decides to cancel the order, the customer shall bear the cost of transportation of $35 and a cancellation charge of $50.
8. KDK Ventilating Fans for the purpose of this promotion are limited to the following models:
   1. 15WUD
   2. 20WUD
   3. 15WHPCT
   4. 20WHCT

KDK Land of Airy Campaign

1. The KDK Land of Airy Campaign (“Promotion”) will run from 1 February 2026, 12:00 AM to 31 July 2026, 11:59 PM, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

General

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “2026 KDK Land of Airy Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) organised by Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd (“KDK Singapore”). The Giveaway runs from 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
2. By participating in this Giveaway, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules relating to the Giveaway, as well as KDK Singapore’s general terms, conditions, and policies.
3. By submitting an entry, Participants consent to Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing the personal data provided via the Land of Airy Giveaway Form (including but not limited to name, age, mobile number, and email address) for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting Participants, prize fulfilment, and advertising and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who submits incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information, or who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is only open to all persons who:
1. are aged 18 years old and above at the time of participation.
2. are residents of Singapore with a valid local residential address; and
3. are not employees of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd, including their immediate family members, vendors, contractors, advertising or marketing agencies, or any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Giveaway.

Giveaway Mechanics

1. Only entries submitted during the Giveaway Period will be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Participants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to request proof of purchase for verification purposes, and entries without valid proof may be disqualified.

4. Participants must purchase any KDK Airy Ceiling fan in a single receipt during the Giveaway Period from KDK Singapore’s authorised retailers (https://www.kdk.sg/storelocator) or KDK’s official online stores.

Social Media Submission Requirements

1. To qualify for the Giveaway, Participants must, during the Giveaway Period:
1. purchase any KDK Airy Ceiling fan during the Giveaway Period;
2. follow @kdk.sg (Instagram) / KDK Singapore (Facebook) / @kdk.sg (TikTok);
3. the contest post and tell us why you’ve chosen KDK Airy in the comment section; and
4. complete and submit the Land of Airy Giveaway Form.
5. KDK Singapore reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and/or communicate Participants’ submitted social media handles and comments for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes across any media, without prior notice and without any payment or compensation.

Winner Selection & Prize Redemption

1. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 7 August 2026 at 10:00am (Singapore time) at the office of Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd.
2. The winner will be notified via their relevant social media account or by email within seven (7) working days from the date of selection, using the contact details provided in the Giveaway Form.
3. The winner is only eligible to win one (1) pair of 2-way business-class air tickets to Tokyo, Japan regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made (each ticket worth up to S$6,000 GST inclusive). The tickets are valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 April 2027 and exclusively for flights between Singapore Changi Airport and Narita International Airport. No changes to other destinations will be permitted, including requests involving additional payment by the winners.
4. To claim the prize, the winner must write to Changi Travel Services at diamond@changirecommends.com.sg within seven (7) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

To facilitate the redemption of flights, the winner's personal details provided in the prescribed form (including name, age, mobile number, and email address) will be shared with Changi Travel Services. Changi Travel Services will issue the electronic tickets to the winner via email. Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd will not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner.
